Job summary

AAFE'S Exchange Fort Leonard Wood seeks a Stocker to unload, stock, and price a wide range of merchandise while maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

You will engage customers, learn and adapt to store technology, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. The role includes lifting up to 50 lbs, following procedures, and collaborating with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

As a Laborer at the Exchange, you are responsible for efficiently unloading, moving, stocking, and pricing merchandise which ranges across a wide variety of items across all departments. You will perform minor facility maintenance and contribute to the cleanliness of the store, both inside and out. You are on the front lines of ensuring our customers have an extraordinary shopping experience - without you, there would be nothing on the shelves!

Job Qualifications

Education: Elementary school education. Creditable job-related experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a 9 months for 9 months basis. Ability to operate moving and cleaning equipment.

CANDIDATES MODERATELY HEAVY PHYSICAL EFFORT IS A JOB REQUIREMENT IN FREQUENTLY LIFTING AND CARRYING MERCHANDISE WEIGHING UP TO 50LBS WHILE CONTINUALLY WALKING, BENDING, STOOPING, AND REACHING. MAY BE EXPOSED TO EXTREME TEMPERATURES IN OUTDOOR AND INDOOR ENVIRONMENTS. OFF-LOADS MERCHANDISE AND SUPPLIES FROM INCOMING DELIVERY TRUCKS. MUST PREP, CONTROL, AND CLEAN HEAT & EAT AREA.
