Job summary

The Exchange Main Store is seeking a motivated Stocker/Laborer to keep shelves full and customers happy. You will unload, stock, and organize merchandise, assist with cleaning, and support store operations while providing friendly service.

Ideal candidates can lift 40 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, communicate well, and stay energized on rotating weekends. High school diploma and 21+ eligibility required; training provided.

In this role, you’ll help keep our store running smoothly by ensuring merchandise is unloaded, organized, stocked, and ready for our customers. You’ll also support store cleanliness and provide friendly, helpful service that enhances every customer’s shopping experience.

What You’ll Do

• Follow Safety Standards — Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety and operational procedures.
• Deliver Great Customer Service — Greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right products
• Stock Merchandise — Unload trucks, break down pallets, move product to the sales floor, and stock shelves accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain Store Cleanliness — Assist with general cleaning and minor facility upkeep inside and outside the store.
• Support Other Departments — Cross‑train and help in other areas as needed to support store operations.

• Ability to lift 40 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally

Job Qualifications

Education: High school or equivalent. Creditable job-related experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a 9 months for 9 months basis.
