Job summary

Private Eye Protection is seeking an Assistant District Manager (ADM) for the South District, covering downtown Atlanta and surrounding areas. The ADM will lead security staff, ensure compliance with standards, train personnel, and deliver top‑notch service to clients.

Ideal candidate has leadership, strong communication and organizational skills, with security/ops management background and GA armed license eligibility. Full-time role with weekend shifts and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Open availability, including weekends, with alternating day/night schedules.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or operations management preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Georgia Armed Security License and other required certifications (CPI, Mindset, CPR).
• Clean background check, drug test, and valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Proficient with technology and able to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support site supervisors and security officers.
• Conduct on-site and field shifts, including site visits, officer training, client check-ins, and vehicle/equipment oversight.
