Job summary

C.A. Fortune is seeking a Full Time Grocery Merchandiser for the South Austin, TX area. The role focuses on gaining and maintaining product distribution by building strong relationships with store teams, merchandising, and conducting audits across designated stores within a 40-60 mile radius.

You will lift up to 50 pounds and use mobile apps for reporting. Compensation is $19 hourly, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
• Proof of automobile insurance and reliable phone/internet for daily communication.

Responsibilities

• Gain and maintain product distribution by establishing strong relationships with store teams.
• Retail work will entail ordering products and placing on shelves from new orders.
• Conduct audits in area grocery stores.
• Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.
• Verify products are accurately represented on store shelves.
• Maintain a safe working environment in stores.
• Stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Communicate with store teams and clients as required.
