Training Wheels ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Austin clinical team. This role emphasizes high clinical quality, accessible leadership, and collaborative practice.

Expect mentorship, a supportive operations team, and a focus on ethical, outcomes-driven ABA with manageable caseloads. The successful candidate will conduct FBAs, oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, analyze data, and train caregivers.
