Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company at Snowshoe Mountain Resort is seeking a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations, supervise staff, and craft menu items that deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will collaborate with chefs and kitchen leadership to maintain quality, safety, and cost control while supporting guest service excellence.

The position is seasonal with on-mountain housing options and opportunities to enjoy resort perks, including access to employee benefits and discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.
• Experience in kitchen supervision and staff development preferred.
