Paco's Tacos & Tequila, located in Charlotte, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to oversee culinary operations at our Southpark location. You will work closely with the Executive Chef, ensuring food quality and team development in a dynamic Tex-Mex environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-service culinary management experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Valid ServSafe certification is a plus.
