Led by James Beard-nominated chef Antimo DiMeo, our restaurants celebrate bold flavors, world-class technique, and culinary innovation. We are currently hiring Line Cooks and Sous Chefs to join our growing team across all locations.
Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Line Cook:
Prepare and cook menu items with consistency, precision, and attention to detail
Follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards set by the culinary leadership
Assist with prep, station setup, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Communicate effectively with team members to maintain efficient service flow
Sous Chef:
Oversee kitchen operations and assist the Executive Chef with daily leadership
Supervise, train, and mentor line cooks and prep staff
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet restaurant standards
Contribute to menu development, inventory control, and ordering
Uphold all food safety regulations and maintain a safe, clean kitchen environment
Qualifications:
Previous kitchen experience required; Italian or upscale casual cuisine experience a plus
Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices
Reliability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
