Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a culinary leadership role in a high-volume kitchen.
• Experience training and supervising hourly team members.
• Culinary arts degree or professional training is a plus.
• Knowledge of cooking methods, equipment and culinary best practices.
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
