Flik Hospitality Group is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at the Bridgewater, NJ site. The role supports the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking foods, and coordinates activities of cooks and food-service staff. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including scheduling and training.
• Maintains sanitation and food safety procedures.
• Ensures proper food handling and serving temperatures.
• Coordinates kitchen activities in the absence of the Executive Chef.
