Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling and training.
• Maintains food sanitation and proper handling; ensures serving temperatures.
• Keeps workstation clean and maintains sanitation of equipment and utensils.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Explains daily menu items to associates and customers.
• Monitors peak production and service hours; supports inventory and deliveries.
