Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Ravello Restaurant Sous Chef to oversee kitchen operations, lead the culinary team, and maintain menu options while coordinating with head chefs and kitchen staff.

The ideal candidate has formal culinary training, 3–5 years of culinary experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with computer-based systems. English fluency and legal work authorization in the United States are required.

Qualifications

• Formal training from culinary arts program and 2 years as CDP or previous experience as sous chef.
• Experience in various food service environments including restaurants, cruise ships, and hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the entire culinary team of the dining outlet
• Assist with creating menu recipes, specials, and inventory orders
• Lead standards, train employees on standards, menus, recipes, and cooking procedures
