Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience.
• Catering experience is required.
• High volume, complex foodservice operations experience is desirable.
• Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• ServSafe certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day culinary operations for a premier high-end executive dining program.
• Assist in planning and creating menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
• Manage buffet, plated, and à la carte offerings with quality and hospitality in mind.
• Support sourcing of local and seasonal ingredients where possible.
• Participate in food preparation and service alongside the team.
