Job summary

Eurest is hiring immediately for a full-time SOUS CHEF at RTX facility in Tewksbury, MA 01876. This role requires a minimum of three years of culinary experience and offers a fixed pay rate of $25.15 per hour. Online applications accepted only.

You will supervise cooks, ensure production standards, uphold food safety, and support a team in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday schedule; hours may vary. Great schedule and work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of culinary experience required.
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, hours may vary.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates: interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling and reviews as appropriate.
• Stores food in designated areas following all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils and cleans workstation before leaving.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Keeps staff informed about daily menu items and explains them to associates and customers.
• Keeps up with peak production and service hours.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries; informs supervisor when supplies are low.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
