Job summary

Eurest, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Grill Cook for a full-time role at RTX location in Tewksbury, MA. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with a pay range of $23.50 to $26.83 per hour based on experience and responsibilities.

Responsibilities include preparing grill items, serving customers, maintaining safety and sanitation, and supporting a high standard of food quality. Internal referral bonus available and opportunities for growth may exist within Eurest.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience required.
• Ability to prepare items at grill station per standard recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced foodservice environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station following standards.
• Takes orders, completes items from steam tables and serves at multiple stations.
• Maintains food temperatures, portion control and plating as per guidelines.
• Carries pans and trays safely between stations and storage areas.
• Ensures sanitation and cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
