Job Summary

Assist the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking food, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Essential Duties
  1. Prepare food following approved recipes and standards.
  2. Supervise and train kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance reviews.
  3. Store food safely, maintain sanitation, and ensure proper food handling.
  4. Interact with customers to resolve complaints and explain menu items.
  5. Monitor inventory, supplies, and waste.
  6. Perform other related duties as assigned.
