Job summary

Schulte Companies in New Hampshire seeks an energetic Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations with passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. You will oversee food preparation, menu planning, and sanitation while mentoring a culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and adjacent areas.

• Ordering all food and cleaning supplies and maintaining proper supply levels.
• Maintaining costs within budget levels and managing labor costs, schedules and productivity.
• Hiring, coaching and disciplining direct reports and interacting with guests to resolve issues.
• Acting as Manager on duty as required and performing other duties as assigned.
