Lighthouse at Chico Assisted Living is seeking a Sous Chef to lead food preparation, delegate tasks, and assist the Head Chef in creating menus and developing dishes. You will supervise kitchen stations and foster teamwork among Chefs of all levels while upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (preferred), at least 2 years of relevant experience, COSHH awareness, and strong attention to detail to maintain quality and regulatory compliance in a

Responsibilitiesof a Sous Chef:
