Job Summary

Cook up creativity behind the scenes! As a Sous Chef with Levy, you will support culinary leadership in delivering exceptional food quality and presentation. You will assist with menu execution, uphold safety standards, and ensure kitchen operations flow smoothly to delight guests at every turn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise food production and presentation
  • Monitor food safety and sanitation compliance
  • Maintain inventory and assist with ordering
  • Train and guide kitchen team members
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu development
  • Support special events and banquets as needed

Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience (2 + years culinary management experience)
  • Food Safety Certification (e.g., ServSafe)
  • Proficiency in kitchen operations and high-volume prep
  • Experience with inventory systems and food cost management
