Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality, Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort, Naples, FL, seeks a Sous Chef – Cocoplum to lead the Cocoplum kitchen and uphold premier coastal dining standards.

You will supervise culinary operations, maintain recipes, train staff, and ensure consistent, high-quality service for guests and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of culinary supervisory experience.
• Experience in high-volume restaurants, resorts, or beachfront dining operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of seafood, grill, and coastal cuisine preparation.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily culinary operations for Cocoplum.
• Ensure consistency of recipes, preparation methods, and presentation standards.
• Lead kitchen production and service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and productivity initiatives.
• Train and develop culinary team members.
• Maintain inventory controls, ordering, and receiving procedures.
• Support seasonal menu updates and promotional offerings.

Sous Chef – Cocoplum

The Sous Chef – Cocoplum is responsible for assisting in the daily culinary operation of Cocoplum, the resort’s poolside restaurant and bar. This position supervises kitchen operations, ensures exceptional food quality and presentation, and supports the delivery of a memorable coastal dining experience. The Sous Chef serves as a hands‑on leader, maintaining culinary standards while driving efficiency, team development, and guest satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities
