A leading hospitality company in Kansas City is seeking a dedicated individual to manage food and beverage operations. The role involves ensuring high standards in service and hygiene while leading a team in a dynamic environment. Ensure that all outlets and events are managed efficiently according to the established concept statements and adhere to Company and Hotel Policies and Procedures.
Monitor service and food production standards in outlets and events. Coordinate with the Chef de Cuisine to take corrective actions when necessary.
Establish and implement performance standards for the Commissary and Venues, working closely with the Materials Manager to maintain a streamlined and efficient operation of the Commissary Kitchen.
Establish, implement, and monitor performance for the Stewarding Operation in Kitchens and Restaurants to achieve the highest possible hygiene standards, minimize operating equipment breakage, and ensure streamlined and efficient resource and equipment flows.
Verify that only fresh products are used in Food and Beverage preparation.
Test Food and Beverage quality frequently in outlets, maintaining high standards and being demanding and critical when necessary.
Implement food safety programs and procedures.
Practice safety in handling food at all times.
Maintain personal and environmental hygiene in food and beverage operations.
Conduct Food Safety Training for staff.
Perform personal and environmental hygiene management in food service operations.
Be flexible in your job functions and perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities, including redeployment to other departments/areas as required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
