A leading company in the hospitality sector is seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for food and exceptional service standards. The role involves ensuring high-quality food production, compliance with hygiene standards, and supporting operations in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in luxury hotels and strong leadership skills, along with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
· Demonstrate passion for food and ingredients in every moment.
· Assist in ensuring that outlet and event operations run efficiently according to established concept statements and adhere to Company and Hotel Policies and Procedures.
· Assist in maintaining high-quality service and food production standards in outlets and events.
· Follow guidelines for plating and buffet presentations.
· Ensure all processes comply with HACCP and ISO22000 standards; report any deviations to the Manager on shift.
· Support Stewarding Operations in kitchens and restaurants to achieve the highest hygiene standards, minimize equipment breakage, and streamline resources and equipment flow.
· Ensure only fresh products are used in Food and Beverage preparation.
· Assist in testing Food and Beverage quality in outlets and be critical in maintaining standards.
· Implement food safety programs and procedures.
· Practice safety in handling food at all times.
· Maintain personal and environmental hygiene in food and beverage operations.
· Be flexible in job functions and perform other duties as assigned, including redeployment to other departments if required, to meet business and guest service needs.
