A new trattoria in Rittenhouse Square, Borromini, is seeking a dynamic Sous Chef. The ideal candidate will lead a culinary team and craft an authentic Italian menu, ensuring high-quality dining experiences in a vibrant environment.
Stephen Starr is set to unveil Borromini, his highly anticipated trattoria in the heart of Rittenhouse Square in late summer 2025. Housed in the historic 13,000-square-foot Alison Building at 1805 Walnut Street, Borromini promises to be a landmark dining destination, featuring a menu crafted by acclaimed New York chef Mark Ladner and Executive Chef Julian Baker. With a design that mirrors the energy of Parc, Borromini will offer an immersive Italian dining experience across two floors, complemented by an expansive sidewalk café.
The team is in search of a dynamic Sous Chef who is a passionate leader with a love for Italian cuisine to help craft and execute a menu inspired by the rich flavors and vibrant traditions of Italy.
