Job summary

Starwood Hotels seeks a detail-obsessed Sous Chef to lead a dynamic kitchen team in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. You will oversee daily operations, assist in food preparation, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining quality and safety standards.

We value at least 2 years of similar work experience, a culinary diploma, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Flexibility for a demanding 24-hour operation is required.

Qualifications
