At Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, we are seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will help ensure the delivery of high-quality food and excellent service, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining high employee standards, supporting staff development, and fostering an inclusive environment.
  • Implementing security protocols to ensure safety for employees and guests.
  • Supervising kitchen operations to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Ensuring all menu items meet quality standards and presentation is up to our standards.
  • Maintaining safety and sanitation practices to uphold health standards.
  • Promoting our Principles & Beliefs and fostering a passionate, fun culture within the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of kitchen supervisory or management experience.
  • Preferred experience in polished casual or fine dining.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.

Compensation Range: Varies by Location, based on a 45-hour work week (40 hours regular + 5 hours overtime).
