Job summary

Yard House, part of the Darden Restaurants family, is seeking a strong Sous Chef/House Manager to lead day-to-day operation at our full-service, high-volume restaurant. This salaried role emphasizes culinary excellence, guest service, and the development of hand-picked teams.

You'll oversee systems and processes to ensure top execution, maintain a stable career path, and promote from within as opportunities arise.

• Current salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
• Stable job history showing upward progression.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
