Job summary

Yard House in Troy, MI is seeking a salaried management leader to oversee daily restaurant operations, including kitchen and service teams. You will drive guest satisfaction, uphold quality standards, and mentor staff to deliver consistently excellent experiences.

• Current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant is preferred
• Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams
• Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution
• Stable job history, which demonstrates upward career and salary progression
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
