The Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring that all meals from the kitchen meet quality, consistency, eye appeal, taste, and food cost standards. They will provide training to staff, meet corporate quality standards, and help establish and enforce food specifications, portion control, recipes, and sanitation. The Sous Chef also manages food and labor costs while maximizing guest satisfaction.

Minimum of 4 years of related progressive experience, or a culinary degree with at least 2 years of experience in a hotel or related field. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, health regulations, and liquor laws is required.
