Darden Restaurants Inc. is seeking an experienced salaried restaurant manager to lead operations at Yard House. You will oversee day-to-day activities, ensure high standards of quality and service, and drive team performance in a fast-paced, full-service setting.

The ideal candidate combines culinary passion with strong guest service, a proven leadership record, and a history of promoting from within. This role offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant is preferred.
• Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Stable job history with upward career progression; HS diploma required.
