The Opportunity
The Sous Chef position will work directly with the Exec Sous, Chef/Partner and Head Chef toensure excellence in the kitchen, adherence to recipes, oversight of their area of the kitchen and the cooks in their station. The Sous Chef leads the cooks, complies with company policies and team safety and well-being, all while upholding the One White Street culture.
