Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience	High school/vocational school education and four years of high volume food service experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Certifications/Licenses	ServSafe certification, or certification within one year of employment. Ability to obtain Food Handler's Certification.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities	Good communication skills and computer literacy in industry standard software. Ability to read and follow standardized recipes and production worksheets.
Preferred Qualifications	Culinary Arts degree.
Equipment Utilized	Industrial kitchen equipment and FoodPro proprietary food production, planning and control system.
