Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living in North Naples, Florida is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead culinary operations in our Signature Dining Programs, including à la minute cooking and chef-inspired creations. You will work with a dedicated team in state‑of‑the‑art kitchens.
The role requires at least 3 years of full‑service kitchen experience and 6 months of supervisory coaching, with weekend and holiday availability.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience, up to $60,000 / year.
This role is eligible for a $2,500 sign on bonus
