Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and a strong leader.

Responsibilities

  2. Prepare and plate food according to kitchen standards.
  3. Assist the Executive Chef in kitchen operations to increase revenue and profitability.

  6. Manage inventory levels and negotiate with vendors for quality supplies at optimal prices.
  7. Monitor inventory and order ingredients as needed.
