Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center is seeking a capable Sous Chef to support the culinary team in managing daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead kitchen staff, ensure top quality meals, maintain safety standards, and participate in menu development while enjoying Hilton employee benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Sous Chef or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
