Zinburger Wine and Burger Bar in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume environment. You will oversee scheduling, guest service and financials, collaborating with Fox Restaurant Concepts to deliver memorable dining experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of restaurant management, strong leadership, and familiarity with POS systems such as OpenTable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of business operations and financials.
• Ability to manage shifts, scheduling and planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service in a high-volume setting.
• Lead, coach and develop restaurant team to perform at a high level.

• Manage scheduling, staffing levels and shift coverage.
• Understand POS systems and online reservations to optimize flow.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet financial goals and profitability.

• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
• Understand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
• Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
• Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems)
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team
