Legend Senior Living is seeking a Sous Chef to join the culinary team. You will assist the Chef in overseeing culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, safety and sanitation to uphold the Gold Leaf Dining standard.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum one year experience in a commercial kitchen as a line cook.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current state food handling licenses as required by the state.
• Culinary training preferred.
• Prior sous chef experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assisting the Chef in menu planning, food preparation, inventory, documentation and scheduling.
• Preparing food in accordance with the planned menu, noting changes when applicable.
• Ensuring all cooking, serving, storage, preparation, and service areas are clean, safe and organized to meet applicable standards.
• Monitoring quality food service in accordance with Legend's Gold Leaf Dining standards.
• Leading the kitchen environment in the absence of the Chef.

Responsibilities--

Requirements--Sous Chef
