As a Sous Chef at LSG Sky Chefs, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, consistent, and timely culinary production for airline catering services. Supporting the Executive Chef, you will help lead kitchen operations, manage food preparation teams, uphold safety and hygiene standards, and ensure compliance with customer specifications and company standards. Your culinary expertise, leadership, and attention to detail will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
