Mission Yogurt, Inc. is hiring a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen at Timberline Steaks & Grille, reopening inside Denver Airport. The role requires at least two years of back‑of‑house restaurant management experience and preferred airport experience. Expect to manage staff, plan menus, and ensure food quality and safety standards.

Sous Chef Job-Specific Duties:

• Help in the preparation and design of all food and drink menus
• Produce high-quality plates in both presentation and taste
• Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely manner that meets our quality standards
• Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
• Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
• Manage and train kitchen staff, establish a working schedule, and assess staff’s performance
• Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
• Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards, including Health inspections
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers!

Physical Demands:

Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds, and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
