Job summary

The Sous Chef at Thomas M. Menino Convention and Exhibition Center reports to Levy Sector, driving high-quality cuisine and culinary team leadership in a fast-paced venue.

Responsibilities include executing menus, maintaining recipe standards, managing inventory and costs, and mentoring staff while upholding safety, sanitation, and guest experience goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a culinary leadership role.
• Culinary degree preferred.
• Strong financial and operational knowledge.
• High computer proficiency.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for hospitality and food.
