Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented project coordinator to support sourcing and manufacturing teams. The role focuses on RFQ coordination, tracking PO input in the ERP system, and monitoring supplier development to anticipate risks.

Main duties include PPAP execution, cost analysis, and providing weekly program metrics summaries to stakeholders. Strong Excel skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications desired.
• Microsoft Office proficient; especially in Excel.
• Previous experience working on a project team with exposure to project scheduling and cross-functional interactions.
• Possess excellent communication skills both written and orally as they will be working with a variety of suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track request for quote (RFQ) activities.
• Work with suppliers to ensure PO promises are input into the ERP system.
• Monitor supplier development schedules; highlight risks and impact to delivery schedules.
• PPAP execution; monitor and expedite supplier qualification steps with appropriate functions.
• Interface with manufacturing team to support first build.
• Maintain product cost information and provide analysis and summaries.
• Gather and maintain data related to overall program metrics; provide summaries and weekly updates.
