Job Title: Sourcing Specialist Sr

Location: Remote (must sit in Columbus, OH, Tulsa, OK, or Roanoke, VA within 50 miles of the office)

Pay Range: $46hr

Duration: 12mo contract to hire

Candidates: Only US Citizens or GC Holders

What's the Job?

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers to source and recruit talent to meet organizational needs.
• Develop extensive pools of highly qualified, diverse candidates for current and future roles.
• Utilize digital platforms to implement creative recruiting strategies and attract qualified prospects.
• Participate in innovative resource strategies designed to encourage diverse candidate slates.
• Attend job/career fairs and maintain professional relationships with educational institutions to generate qualified applicants.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field preferred; or equivalent years of experience.
• Five years of corporate experience in recruitment and placement of applicants in professional and management level positions.
• Three years of knowledge and experience working with electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources.
• Valid driver's license.
