Lane Bryant in Columbus, OH is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to support product development and production, partnering with the Sourcing Manager, Merchants, Design, and agent teams to ensure timely, cost-effective sample development and production readiness.

This role emphasizes collaboration across departments, handling costing, timelines, and vendor communications, with Flex PLM experience preferred and a focus on attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in development ratios and sourcing strategy.
• Support production-ready sample development and costing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, design, TD and agents/vendors.
• Manage costing and time actions in conjunction with agents for all vendors.
• Track Line Coordination samples and workflow.
• Utilize Flex PLM to manage product and workflow.
• Provide high level customer service to the brand and cross-functional partners.
