Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking an Associate Sourcing Manager to oversee the product development and production process through cross-functional partnerships and strong vendor relationships. The role reports to the Senior Sourcing Manager and aims for on-time delivery aligned with financial goals.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in apparel sourcing, production or product development, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and fluency with Flex PLM, Excel, and Google Docs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in apparel sourcing, production, or product development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Global Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proficiency in Flex PLM software and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Google Docs and garment construction, fabric types, and global trade regulations/duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product development and production process through cross-functional partnerships and vendor relationships.
• Maintain day-to-day production updates, timelines, and sample delivery to meet Product Lifecycle Calendar.
• Grow relationships with domestic and international vendors and conduct vendor screening and onboarding.
• Analyze timelines, costs, trends, and category performance to support on-time delivery and margins.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure quality, costing, and manufacturing options align with the product vision.
