Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Experience with contact management system/ATS for sourcing and tracking candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for cloud, software, and infrastructure roles.
• Utilize sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and culture.
• Screen and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
• Track sourcing metrics and report on pipeline health.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy.
• Represent Amazon at recruiting events and tech conferences.
