• Negotiate contracts across pharmacy, medical-surgical, and other categories to maximize client value.
• Analyze healthcare market dynamics and cost drivers to inform strategies.
• Forecast revenue opportunities and monitor portfolio performance to drive growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with priorities and client expectations.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities and contract performance to drive continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, negotiate market-leading agreements across pharmacy and medical-surgical categories, and forecast revenue opportunities that support organizational objectives while responding to evolving healthcare market dynamics. Hybrid Schedule - 3 days on site.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Sourcing experience with demonstrated understanding of the sourcing lifecycle, healthcare sourcing experience highly preferred.
• Contracting and negotiation experience with the ability to position value with suppliers.
• Strong collaborative attitude and team-first mindset.
• Demonstrated accountability and ownership in achieving business objectives.
• Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel
• Hybrid schedule - 3 days on site.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
