Bon Secours Mercy Health is hiring a Strategic Sourcing Program Manager in Ohio to lead and execute sourcing initiatives across clinical and non-clinical categories. You will partner with physicians and stakeholders to develop cost-saving strategies while preserving quality of care, manage RFPs, negotiations, and contracting, and oversee budgets in relevant systems.

The Strategic Sourcing Program Manager is a highly visible position with accountability at the Leadership level to develop and execute sourcing initiatives. This position will be responsible for managing purchases and overseeing the flow of processes through applicable systems. Program Manager requires the ability to collaborate, troubleshoot, communicate and manage timelines and budgets. This position is responsible for assessing opportunities and formulating sourcing strategies and interacting with business partners and key stakeholders. This position is expected to build strategic alliances with key stakeholders (including clients and suppliers) as it relates to successfully executing organization’s purchasing strategy.

Bachelors in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Analytics, Healthcare (required; Roper only: Equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree)
Masters in Business Administration, Informatics, Analytics, Nursing (preferred)
5 years progressive experience in sourcing relevant commodities for large health systems
