Job summary

GE Vernova is hiring a PCS Sourcing & Procurement Intern to gain hands-on experience across the end-to-end supply chain and contribute to strategic value while mastering operational purchasing workflows.

Phases cover foundational procurement, strategic sourcing, and a capstone project. You will work with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) and develop market insights for supplier decisions.

Qualifications

• Rising junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong data literacy with ability to use spreadsheets and data visualization.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to gather market intelligence and analyze pricing trends.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn procurement operations and PO lifecycle from requisition to delivery.
• Support strategic sourcing and supplier evaluation activities.
• Assist in risk assessment and vendor performance tracking.
• Contribute to capstone project presenting a recommended improvement.
