Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the tech landscape.
• Proactive outreach and relationship-building with potential hires.
• Experience with Boolean search and ATS tools (Ashby).
• Independent operator mindset with ownership of the pipeline.
• Passion for Sofar Ocean’s mission to connect the world’s oceans.
