Job summary

Landing Point, a leading private investment firm, seeks a Sourcing Operations Analyst to enhance deal sourcing across verticals including Business Services, Consumer, Technology, and Industrials.

You will screen themes, monitor targets, and support diligence while coordinating between IT, Data Science, PE teams and CRM platforms. A strong Excel/PowerPoint skill set and 1–2 years in BD or sales ops are preferred.

Qualifications

• AI use-cases for business are desirable.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Experience with CRM tools and private company origination platforms preferred.
• 1–2 years in business development or sales operations preferred.
• Four-year college degree with strong academics required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new AI tools and data to improve workflows and act as an intermediary between IT, Data Science, and PE team members.
• Assist with early screenings of investment themes and opportunities, and develop systems to monitor targets and subsectors.
• Complete deep dive analysis on industry sectors and market trends, and assist deal teams with diligence efforts.
• Leverage network tools for introductions to targets and maintain CRM systems.
• Maintain target pipeline, participate in vertical meetings, and track competitive deal activity.
• Update and own Global PE Marketing Compendium, create pitch decks, and help plan executive events.
