Salary/Pay Rate: $45.61 to $50.68/hr

Hours: Full-time

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:

Your role:

As a Sourcing Operational Project Consultant, you will develop project plans and timelines, reporting to the Sr Project Manager. You will manage end-to-end sourcing processes including third-party risk, sustainability, supplier diversity, and audits, delivering value to the Strategic Sourcing team.

In addition, you will:

• Support reporting activities—gathering, evaluating, and distributing data
• Identify and evaluate diverse suppliers to increase category spend with them
• Advocate for and track compliance
• Build project plans and timelines to meet key milestones
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed
• Contribute to Sustainability, Supplier Diversity, and 3rd party Risk goals
• Maintain organized documentation processes

• 2+ years of strategic sourcing project management experience, especially in Supplier Sustainability, Diversity, and Third-Party Risk
• Strong prioritization and adaptability skills
• A mindset of continuous learning
• Ability to influence and build relationships with clients and suppliers
• Excellent project management skills from project initiation through closure
• Interpersonal skills for fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills, including interfacing with senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in analytics, Excel, presentation, data visualization, and sourcing tools

The target compensation range is $45.61 to $50.68 per hour, based on experience, education, certifications, and location.
